Event Details
Fishing Day:
🗓️ Saturday, November 7, 2026
⏰ Fishing from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Occoneechee State Park - 1192 Occoneechee Park Rd, Clarksville, VA
Meet up is at 5:30 AM sharp for boat assignments and a safety briefing! Each Veteran or Active Duty Service Member will be paired with a seasoned captain for an epic day of catfishing on Kerr Reservoir (AKA Buggs Island) . After a full day on the water, we’ll gather at the pavilion for a well-deserved meal, camaraderie, and celebration. This event is 100% FREE for Veterans and Active Duty Service Members!

* Fun activities and more!
Whether you’re a returning guest or joining us for the first time, Hooked on Heroes 2026 promises memories, new friendships, and the healing power of time on the water.
